2.     Mobile Homes:

3.  Installation of mobile home on existing approved

*  Most Demolition permits require an asbestos inspection prior to issuance from a state

      licensed asbestos inspector.

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

1.  Commercial, all construction for the first 1,000 sq. ft.                 $500.00

      ADD  $15.00 per each additional 100 sq. ft.

2.  Renovation or alterations for each $5,000 in value

     Or fraction thereof                                                                                    $100.00

3. Certificate of Occupancy (final inspection)                                         $150.00

NOTE:  Permit is good for one year.  If construction has not started, permit is void.  No refunds will be allowed after application has been reviewed by the Code Enforcement Officer.  A fee of $40.00 per hour may be assessed to the property Owner for all reviews and inspections not covered by the fee schedule for both Residential and Commercial projects.
